I like your forum and I try to update myself with latest development and news on how to catch a scammer. I am editor for a newspaper company here in Nigeria. You Guys
(bloody american and uk racists) claim to be the Holiest people on earth while you are the most stupid and deadliest people on earth. scams and other internet fraud was originated from you guys.. There are so many legal scams that you shit heads do, For example, the pyramid scam.. And so many others.. You travel to african countries, steal their resources and pay little for it.. bribe the country to get contracts (Ericsson contract scam) and so many others. You guys are just psycopathic bitch ass motherfuckers who know only how to masturbate on webcam..Dont claim you are holier than others..Everyone gots a skeleton in their cupboard..Its only a greedy and stingy American or someone from the uk that would like to share a large amount of money that he didnt work for..Are you not stupid..Leave this scammers alone and let them be…If you want to stop scam and other related fraud, start from you country and help Africa develop.

I am all for it. I wonder how many folks actually use these. I built a small store that grew into over 100 thousands items. Its crazy how fast it grows!. Anyway. I agree!

I get a call, every single week day from 888-281-9351for the past few weeks. I have never answered. It is not someone I know because they started out calling me at 1 in the afternoon (I am in one of my classes at college!) then continued to call me every day at an earlier time. Today it was 9am on the dot. Is there a way to block the number?? Help would be appreciated.

Should I call them every morning at 3am when I get out of work?

Sprint in CT; i jost got called twice by the # 888 281 9351 two days in a row at basically the same time. when u call them back it does not say who you have reached and that they will connect you with the next available person etc… im gunna call them later when i have free minutes and find out anything more i can find

Sprint in Nj; I’ve gotten 3 calls in the past 3 months from 888-281-9351. 1st time, I answered with no reply at the other end. 2nd and 3rd times (3rd time was just now, so I googled and found this site), I didn’t pick up. Is there anyway these people can get additional info on you if you inadvertantly answer the call but do not say anything other than hello? I’ve already been victim to id theft–I hope answering the “silent” calls don’t allow them to get info they can use.

Nextel in PA…I get the calls from 888-281-9351. I like what techWiz is doing and wish he would do more. My suggestion is when it is a toll free number (viz 888, 866, 800 etc) dial back often, or, better yet, set up some sort of auto dialer of one’s own, to call them thousands of times. I believe all toll-free numbers have to pay for all incoming calls- SWEET REVENGE!!! Perhaps we can cost them some $$$ and make them stop!
btw…as I was checking out these posts and thinking up my own, my cell rang again with this number!!! only a coincidence I am sure, but kinda creepy nonetheless!!!

Hi everybody,
after reading all of the different messages, I thought I would do some research. I only read the information with the Telephone nr. 702-201-6543. They have been calling from atlanta Ga. constantley and I have informed them three times already to take me off their call list. Which I guess has not happened. I am taking this a step further and I wanted to inform all of you about this step.
But before, I want to tell all of you, this Tele. nr. is a sweepstakes in atlanta and if you go to the http://www.ripoffreport.com/ and search the companies name or even the branch they work in. It will be shown that this co. is a rip off!!!!!
Lets come back to what further steps I am going to take. Now, like I said, I didn’t read everything, but this will be an essential for those of us who are just sick and tired of these calls.
I went to the FCC and found some information. (I also work for a worldwide bank in collections and know the law) Please take a look at this web site http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/ . this is a gov. site from the FCC and there is a National Do-Not call List, which you can register for free for five years and renew. But, it will not stop collection calls ), non-profit calls, or anyone which you gave written permission too or have a business relationship to. That includes Mobile phone companies. The way you get yourself off these list is a bit more difficult. You have to call the companies and inform them to take you off their call list, which will most likley be in writting. If any calls come after that, you can go further with legal steps. Now, we all know that the legal steps cost money and we all just want to get off the list. Well, guess what, once you are registered with the FCC, it is a good possibility that it might happen. The next time you sign a contract for something, read the “RICA”, the Small Print. Put a line through the part of the contrat that you do not wish, inform the person you are doing this. They are not allowed to sell your information after this step with a new contract. But, like I said, this will not stop information from banks, but will stop the damm calls from promotion and solicitation!

To Who ever is out there, these unscruplious people are terrorizing me also, these phone calls are from numbers like 702-201-6543, and 786-264-5979. I am a T-mobile prepaid customer, and would really apprieciate unsolicited phone calls from calling and eating up my expensive phone time…

I recvd a call from 786-264-5722 and so did my husb and we both have verizon. At least we did not answer them and i googled and found this. SO if I get any more I will come here. I live in DFW area of Texas……
