Job Hunt Status March 28, 2006

OK, as of today I have a few leads and a few pending.
3 – waiting for an interview date an/or status.
1 – didn't get the job, but I knew that already when I walked out of the office.
1 – an old employer that I will be calling when I get off this blog.
Not to bad, but I can't juggle too many more leads, as I will lose track of them and be caught by surprise, like I did this morning. But 3 weeks come and gone, and you suddenly get a call for an update on the job, would catch anyone by surprise. I guess I could write a program to help me keep track. One day down the line I will, but not necessary for the moment as I have my eye on the travelling job right now. I should get an update on that tomorrow afternoon, if not today.
I just got called on Cingular today… wasn’t there to pick it up.
Yeah, Cingular is doing alot of hiring around here. I was trying to get on and work on that new MPLS network of theirs as I would be in HOT demand if I had experience with that technology. Maybe I can get in on it one day in the future.
